Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial, operational, clinical data.
• Ability to work with large data sets and derive strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and reporting for financial, operational, and clinical performance.
• Partner with hospital and physician organization stakeholders for initiatives.
• Explain trends using detailed data; quantify value of key drivers.
• Create and present executive summaries of major analytical projects.
• Analyze variances against budget/forecast and benchmarks to identify opportunities.
