Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
• About 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and extract strategic insights; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hospital stakeholders to provide financial and analytical support.
• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability; explain trends.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on business trends and leadership requests.
• Analyze variances to budgets and forecasts; identify opportunities.
• Create and present executive summaries of major analyses.
