Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience.
• Approximately 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and illuminate strategic insights.
• Strong time management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with initiative to drive major projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical performance with detailed data and reporting.
• Partner with hospital and physician leaders to explain trends and quantify key drivers.
• Create and present executive-level summaries of major analytical initiatives.
• Analyze variances relative to budget, forecast, prior year, or benchmarks to identify opportunities.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational and clinical data for holistic insights.
• Utilize rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient/procedure/payor mix.
