Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• ~3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis with ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and reporting on financial, operational, and clinical performance.
• Partner with hospital/physician leaders to support major initiatives.
• Create and present executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
