Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking a Business Analytics Coordinator to support analytics, reporting, data management, and operational systems. You will maintain recurring reports, validate data, assist with dashboard development, and support EMR initiatives to improve organizational performance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, audit EMR data, and document data workflows while ensuring accurate, timely leadership reporting and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2 years of experience in medical EMR systems; analytics/reporting.
• Preferred: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, healthcare, or EMR experience.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up and tracking skills.
• Able to engage with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and business performance reports.
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting and data requests from leadership and operational teams.
• Support dashboard development, maintenance, and data visualization initiatives.
• Prepare and validate data for leadership reporting and business reviews.
• Document reporting workflows, business rules, and data definitions.
• Perform EMR data audits, quality reviews, and data validation activities.
• Manage user accounts and access for CentralReach and related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics.
