RGP is seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to support a large health plan, focusing on analyzing clinical and care delivery outcomes and improving care management performance within a Medicaid/Medi-Cal population.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate healthcare challenges into meaningful analyses, dive deeply into data, and build dashboards from scratch using Power BI and Tableau. Strong SQL and data storytelling skills are essential.

• Experience in healthcare analytics and working with health plan data.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate business problems into data-driven analyses and insights.
• Experience building dashboards from scratch and communicating results to stakeholders.
