AndHealth is seeking an Analytics Engineer to partner with the Care Delivery team, turning raw clinical and operations data into trusted metrics and dashboards. You will own metrics end-to-end from semantic layer definitions to daily dashboards, partnering with leadership to translate business decisions into measurable insights.

The role emphasizes dbt modeling, governance, and data quality, with collaboration across data, engineering, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data analysis or related experience with significant experience partnering directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into governed metric definitions.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and optimized transformations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business decisions into metrics and define governed metrics.
• Partner with multiple teams to generate actionable insights for partners and patients.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize trends, drivers, and recommended actions across care operations and pharmacy.
• Develop the semantic layer in dbt with defined metrics and curated datasets for self-serve data products.
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineering to flag data quality issues and shape transformations.
• Create a thorough testing suite across the data platform including schema tests and SLA monitoring.
• Support quarterly business reviews with value storytelling for clients.
• Become a domain expert in care operations and translate business logic into scalable dbt models.
• Proactively identify data quality gaps and opportunities to improve data reliability.
