Job summary

Unity-Hospice is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and support its analytics capabilities, turning clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable insights. The role collaborates with leaders across the organization to design dashboards, reports, and data solutions using SQL and BI tools.

The ideal candidate will lead analytics projects, ensure data quality and governance, and explore AI/data-tech advancements to improve patient care and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/Statistics/Math/Finance/Economics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years with corporate analytics systems supporting company-wide information initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server.
• Minimum 5 years using analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing support of Unity’s analytics platform.
• Gather and translate leaders' data/reporting needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Write SQL queries and work with databases to analyze data.
• Support data governance, quality, and data interfaces.
