Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking a Data & Systems Reporting Analyst to build and maintain data systems, produce recurring and ad hoc reports, and ensure data accuracy across behavioral health and child welfare programs. You will develop dashboards, support funder reporting, and collaborate with teams to improve data quality.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in data systems and reporting, proficiency with tools like Power BI and Qualtrics, and the ability to work remotely during ET core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience building, maintaining, or improving data systems, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of data, reporting, or database tools; specific platforms may be learned on the job.
• Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles, project timelines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, with availability during core business hours in ET; ability to pass a background check and comply with confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain databases, systems, workflows, automations, and surveys to support project operations.
• Translate program, funder, and implementation requirements into practical data structures and reporting tools.
• Support data integration and reconciliation across platforms.
• Clean, normalize, and prepare client, provider, fidelity, outcome, and fiscal data for analysis and quality review.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Prepare project reporting packages and funder/stakeholder deliverables.
• Maintain registries or tracking tools for participants, providers, and fidelity indicators.
• Review outputs for accuracy and usefulness before sharing with teams and partners.
