Job summary

Our client, a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit, seeks a Healthcare Analyst to analyze and improve business processes supporting healthcare operations in a mission-driven environment. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and drive improvements that reduce costs.

This position is remote for US-based candidates only, with compensation between $107,384 and $120,640 annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Appropriate level of certifications as required by the contract.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance business processes.
  • Experience with process mapping and creating documentation such as SOPs.
  • Proficient in gathering requirements through various methods, including data analysis and workshops.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with KPI establishment and performance tracking.

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will focus on analyzing and improving business processes that support healthcare-related operations in a mission-driven environment. The Healthcare Analyst will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The position also supports change management efforts by helping teams adopt updated processes and maintain clear documentation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,384 - $120,640 annually
