This role blends consulting, implementation support, and customer success in a healthcare technology environment.

The position is remote for US-based candidates, offering $100,000–$120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong consulting and solution design for complex workflows.
• Deep healthcare domain knowledge and healthcare tech experience.
• Experience with workflow transformation and organizational change.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements with accountability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
