Ladders is seeking a Consumer Engagement Lead to join a healthcare leader. This remote role will guide cross-functional implementation efforts to improve the consumer experience across care delivery operations, owning planning, readiness, and stabilization from intake through launch.

You will partner with operational teams to coordinate milestones, capacity planning, and execution across multiple workstreams, bringing structure to complex initiatives and delivering a smoother, more effective

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Consumer Engagement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead cross-functional implementation efforts that improve the consumer experience across care delivery operations. The Consumer Engagement Lead will own planning, readiness, and stabilization activities from intake through launch, ensuring teams are aligned, risks are managed, and outcomes are measured for continuous improvement.

In this remote position, you will partner closely with operational teams and stakeholders to coordinate milestones, capacity planning, and execution across multiple workstreams.
