Job summary

Our client, a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit, seeks a Healthcare Analyst to analyze and improve business processes supporting healthcare operations in a mission-driven environment. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and drive improvements that reduce costs.

This position is remote for US-based candidates only, with compensation between $107,384 and $120,640 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate level of certifications as required by the contract.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance business processes.
• Experience with process mapping and creating documentation such as SOPs.
• Proficient in gathering requirements through various methods, including data analysis and workshops.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with KPI establishment and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Gather requirements through interviews, data analysis, and workshops
• Create detailed documentation of workflows, including SOPs and process maps
• Collaborate with teams to implement process changes effectively
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends for process enhancements
• Support change management initiatives by addressing concerns and facilitating training
