Job summary

mpathic is seeking a Director, Healthcare to own our healthcare market and lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder SaaS sales to telehealth companies and health systems. You will drive the evaluation, monitoring, and safety-focused adoption of AI in clinical workflows.

This remote-first role requires building credibility with clinical and AI leaders, shaping our healthcare go‑to‑market, and maintaining a disciplined pipeline, forecasts, and CRM while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical and clinical buyers.
• Comfortable selling SaaS, with expert-led services alongside it.
• Able to speak credibly with clinicians, technologists, compliance leaders, and executives, and curious about AI safety and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own a quota and a book of target accounts across telehealth companies and health systems.
• Sell mpathic's platform and expert-led services to organizations building, deploying or adopting AI.
• Build and execute account plans identifying stakeholders across clinical, information technology, compliance, and leadership.
• Generate pipeline through outbound, networking, partnerships, and healthcare conferences.
