Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Project Manager to join a fast-growing interactive digital health startup. You will own end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scheduling to execution and release, coordinating with product, engineering, QA and other stakeholders.

You will lead multiple development initiatives using Agile/Scrum, facilitate standups and sprints, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timelines and requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in software/SaaS.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and modern development practices.
• Proven track record leading technical projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery—from planning to release.
• Manage multiple development initiatives using Agile/Scrum.
• Act as liaison between development, product, QA and other departments.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and agile ceremonies.
• Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables and technical requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain timelines, requirements and sprint reports.
• Promote best practices in project management and agile execution.
