Job summary

Shift Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment of AI solutions for US healthcare clients. This hybrid role bridges our technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure scoping leads to scalable success.

You will anticipate risks, foster trust-based relationships, and help deliver measurable value. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams in a fast‑growing AI SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, or related environment.
• Experience working with US health plans and health plan stakeholders.
• Experience managing healthcare technology implementations involving complex data, integrations, workflows, and multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of healthcare claims data and payer operational processes.
• PMP or comparable nationally recognized project management certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead deployment of Shift’s AI solutions for US healthcare clients.
• Serve as the cornerstone between technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and build trust-based relationships to deliver measurable client value.
• Coordinate with our program management team to align product roadmap with project plans.
• Translate complex requirements into clear language for internal teams and clients.
