You will lead a team of AI engineers, defining the AI SDLC, operating model, and governance to scale AI across claims, enrollment, and member services.

This role requires 15+ years in software/AI, hands-on production AI, and a track record of influencing across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, data, or AI/ML in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on depth: designed and shipped production AI solutions.
• Experience with generative AI, orchestration, and cost management.
• Leadership across multiple teams and strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior AI technical authority for TPA and Payer Solutions Technology.
• Define and deliver the AI engineering approach and reference architectures.
• Establish the AI SDLC, governance, and operating model.
• Lead AI solutions across generative AI, NLP, ML, CV, and automation.
• Ensure AI solutions meet HIPAA, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber AI engineering team.
