Careerscape is seeking a Business Development Representative (Healthcare AI) in New York, NY, on-site five days a week. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 with on-target earnings up to $120,000 and equity.

You’ll open conversations with healthcare operations leaders and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives to drive growth. You’ll engage in high-volume cold outreach, manage inbound interest, and run senior-level discovery conversations.

Formación

• 1–2 years as an SDR/BDR at a venture-backed startup with a track record of generating pipeline.
• Recent graduates or athletes with demonstrated drive are considered.
• Comfort with high-volume daily calling and engaging senior buyers.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City office 5 days a week.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume cold outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Manage and qualify inbound interest.
• Run discovery and qualification conversations with senior healthcare executives.
• Research, build and prioritize target account lists, and test outreach angles.
• Partner with account executives to move qualified opportunities forward.
• Represent the company's mission with credibility and empathy.
