Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Assess patient needs, schedule appointments, document messages accurately, route calls to departments.
• Create and maintain accurate patient charts and update demographic/insurance data.
• Ensure timely/documentation within EMR system.
• Verify insurance eligibility through third-party websites and systems.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with front-desk staff and clinical teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow call center policies and performance guidelines.
