Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales Healthcare Account Executive. You will represent A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory and the families discharged from these facilities. Your responsibilities include driving lead generation and move-ins from your accounts. You should be relationship-driven, persistent, and eager to grow each account to help more families find suitable care.

What You Will Do
  • Help families and referral sources with seniors needing discharge into appropriate care settings.
  • Meet your target quota of families choosing senior care options each month by generating qualified referrals.
  • Maintain and grow your portfolio of clients within hospitals and skilled nursing centers.
  • Develop new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
  • Educate families on care options and coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors.
  • Leverage CRM reports to manage your pipeline.
  • Test new initiatives and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years outside sales experience with prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry and hospital/skilled nursing sales experience.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
  • Relationship-oriented with strategic thinking.
  • Experience presenting to clients and overcoming objections.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel daily within your territory.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Additional Information
  • Schedule involves daily fieldwork, account building, and meetings with discharge teams and healthcare providers.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000-$95,000, with on-target earnings of $115,000-$130,000+ (uncapped).
  • Benefits include 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
