Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales Healthcare Account Executive in North Boston. You will be the face of A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory and the families being discharged from these facilities as we grow the business. Your responsibilities include driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You are passionate about building relationships with healthcare professionals and persistent in growing each account to help more families find the care they need.

What You Will Do
  • Work in a fast-paced, growing industry to help families and professional referral sources with seniors urgently needing to be discharged into suitable care settings or home care agencies.
  • Meet your target quota of families choosing a senior care option each month by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned accounts.
  • Maintain and develop your portfolio of clients within hospitals and skilled nursing centers in your territory.
  • Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume.
  • Network, cold call, and present to new contacts within each account, following up on discharge outcomes to reinforce our value.
  • Educate families on their care options and how they will work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find the right solution.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your family move-in or in-home care hiring targets.
  • Utilize reports and CRM data to develop and manage your pipeline.
  • Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback to improve tools and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
  • Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating across teams.
  • Relationship-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in presenting and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel daily within your territory.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Additional Information
Schedule
  • Fieldwork daily, with account planning and meetings with discharge and care professionals.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000-95,000
  • On Target Earnings: $115,000-130,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Benefits include 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
