Renown Health is seeking a registration and scheduling associate responsible for gathering patient demographics, eligibility, and financial information to ensure smooth admissions.

The role requires accurate data entry, verification of insurance benefits, and patient communication to minimize delays. The incumbent will support multiple admitting sites and help maintain a positive patient experience throughout the admission process.

Qualificações

• Requires working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Experience in admitting, medical claims processing or customer service with financial interaction (six months; one year preferred).
• Experience with Windows OS and imaging systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance and financial information accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
• Explain forms and obtain signatures; process charge orders and document details timely.
• Assist in scheduling, order entry and reception within the admitting sites.
