Qualifications

• Experience: Six months in admitting, medical claims processing, professional office work, or customer service with financial interaction; one year preferred.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Knowledge of health insurance basics and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance, and financial information accurately.
