Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and issue visitor passes as directed, maintain access-related records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders; document observations and actions taken.
