• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders; document observations and actions taken.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare-related location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders while documenting observations, incidents, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
