Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points; verify credentials; issue visitor passes; maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly and professionally to access-control concerns and incidents; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking, and perimeter.
