Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and support site procedures.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Report observations and incidents to leadership and site personnel.
