Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as a condition of employment in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the location by verifying IDs, screening visitors and contractors, issuing credentials, and logging visitor records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications; report concerns and equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
