Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors per site procedures and access-control policies.
Monitor entry points, verify IDs, manage visitor access, and log access records.
Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, notifying site contacts or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
Support restricted-area protocols and report security concerns per Allied Universal site procedures.
