• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing health-related strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, desktop publishing, and web publishing tools.
• Experience with project management tools, scheduling, and reporting practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic Health and Wellness Division initiatives.
• Collaborate with HWD Leadership to establish scope, budgets, timelines, and success indicators.
• Serve as Program Monitor for Tribal Health projects and provide technical assistance.
• Coordinate communication across clinical, community, governmental, operational, leadership, vendor, and external partner groups.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and use PM tools to organize projects and deliverables.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for HWD Executive Leadership.
