The Coquille Indian Tribe seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR leadership across departments in Oregon. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR operations.

In this role you will coach HR Generalists, lead investigations, support organizational changes, and ensure a compliant, high‑performing workplace across tribal locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum five years in progressively responsible HR roles with employee relations and performance management.
• Professional HR certification or willingness to obtain within one year.

Mansioni

• Provide direct HR support to departments and employees on relations and performance matters.
• Lead investigations of workplace concerns and advise leadership on outcomes.
• Coach managers on performance, accountability, and staffing decisions.
• Develop and implement standardized HR processes and policies.
