Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or business administration is required or preferred.
• Associate’s degree in health-related field with 10+ years of experience managing staff in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and confidentiality guidelines is required.
• Experience with quality improvement and accreditation programs is required.
• Ability to lead and manage all phases of grant administration and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of Health and Wellness Division operations in Eugene.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans and performance goals.
• Coordinate with departments and external partners to ensure operational alignment with KWC–Coos Bay.
• Review and manage contracts specific to Eugene facilities.
• Support EHR workflows and IT integration for health records systems.
• Monitor quality improvement activities and accreditation readiness.
• Lead incident review and safety improvements for Eugene facilities.
• Oversee emergency response initiatives and safety programs in Eugene.
• Ensure compliance with AAAHC and CARF standards and prepare for surveys.
