Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required with 5 years of senior leadership in healthcare operations/administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field with 8 years of senior leadership in healthcare operations/administration is also acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee assigned departments and programs to deliver quality healthcare under applicable laws and contracts.
• Serve as acting CEO in the CEO’s absence and uphold Executive Management Policy.
• Ensure compliance with Yellowhawk policies and accreditation standards.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and performance metrics.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve mission, vision and priorities.
