Heart & Soil seeks a Health Success Specialist to manage customer interactions across SMS, email, social channels, and communities from our Dripping Springs HQ. You will work with the Customer Experience Director to deliver outstanding support, improve retention, and contribute to growth strategies.

You are passionate about health and wellness, skilled at juggling channels, and focused on achieving KPIs while aligning with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in eCommerce or wellness.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and uphold high service standards.
• Strong communication skills and KPI-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of customer interactions across SMS, email, social media and online communities.
• Deliver exceptional support while contributing to retention and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align customer communication.
• Develop templated responses and resources to improve efficiency.
• Educate customers on health topics and product information; participate in events.
