Job summary

Heart & Soil Supplements is seeking a Health Success Specialist to manage customer interactions across SMS, email, social channels, and online communities. You will work with the Health Success Team to drive retention and growth.

Based in Austin or willing to relocate to Dripping Springs, TX, you will deliver exceptional support, align with marketing and operations, and help educate customers about our nutrient-dense products and wellness education.

Qualifications

• Energetic, driven, and passionate about health and wellness.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in ecommerce or wellness.
• Based in Austin, TX (or willing to relocate) to join Heart & Soil.

Responsibilities

• Engage across channels: manage customer interactions via SMS, email, social media, and communities with a focus on retention and conversion.
• Deliver stellar customer experiences by upholding brand principles and meeting KPIs (response times, CSAT/NPS).
• Support community engagement with guidance and ongoing support for subscribers.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align customer communication strategies.
• Create and refine templated responses and communication resources for retention-focused marketing.
• Inform and educate through webinars, live social engagements, and product knowledge content.
• Stay informed on health research and integrate insights into customer communications.
• Grow professionally by advancing skills in marketing, health information, and CX excellence.
