Job Title: Health & Wellness Coordinator at Bickford Senior Living

Join our dynamic team as a Health & Wellness Coordinator at Bickford Senior Living! The HWC is a nurse leader supporting clinical operations alongside our Health & Wellness Director.

Starting at $32/hour

Responsibilities:

• Work with caregivers to ensure principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into resident care
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Communicate proactively with residents and families
• Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate healthcare services with external providers and physicians
• Recommend quality external care providers

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN license
• Willingness to undergo additional training or education as required by state
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
