About the Director of Nursing Position

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Base pay depends on skills and experience. The role includes team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.

Brookdale offers to cover naturalization fees (up to $725) for eligible associates applying for U.S. citizenship after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job training for the Health and Wellness Director role, learning new skills related to senior living. Demonstrate increasing proficiency in managerial and clinical responsibilities through the Brookdale Bench Program, preparing you to assume the Health & Wellness Director position, including managing people, clinical care, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Salary Range

$70,460 - $89,760 annually
