Responsibilities
  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs evolve.
  • Maintain consistent quality care across shifts, potentially assuming caregiver or med tech roles as needed.
  • Supervise and train licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers, including scheduling.
  • Oversee medication management, training, and audits in accordance with Brookdale guidelines.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Possess a valid LPN/LVN or RN license and have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
  • LPN or LVN license.
  • Education as required for state nursing license.
