Duty

Percent of Time

Manage phones, call lights, parent meals, patient schedules, keep information at nurses’ station up to date, coordinates/send out communication throughout unit, submitting tickets, coordinate bathing schedules, facilitate moves throughout hospital including room setup at admission and discharge.

Assist with patient activity at nurses’ station.

Contribute to maintain a tidy work environment; cleans nurses’ station and workspace, maintains stock of supplies and forms.

Qualifications

Education

High School Graduate or GED. Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required.

Experience

1 year secretarial/office experience is preferred. Computer skill proficiency.
