Job Details

Job Location: Bethany Children's Health Center - Bethany, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Indirect Care, To provide compassionate and competent care so that we have the opportunity to feel the joy of impacting the lives of our patients, their families, and our co-workers.

Duty

• Manage phones, call lights, parent meals, patient schedules, keep information at nurses' station up to date, coordinates/send out communication throughout unit, submitting tickets, coordinate bathing schedules, facilitate moves throughout hospital including room setup at admission and discharge. 75%
• Assist with patient activity at nurses' station. 10%
• Contribute to maintain a tidy work environment; cleans nurses' station and workspace, maintains stock of supplies and forms. 10%
• Other duties as assigned. 5%

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED. Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required.
• Experience: 1 year secretarial/office experience is preferred. Computer skill proficiency.
• License/Certification/Credential: None.
