Job summary

Adoreal is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform. You’ll manage projects, coordinate across internal teams, and provide hands-on support with software setup, data migration, and training.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare onboarding or software implementation, with hands-on EMR/CRM experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and the clinic during onboarding.
• Facilitate data migration from the clinic’s existing systems in collaboration with technical teams.
• Organize and structure clinic data to align with Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems.
• Manage project timelines and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams and clinic stakeholders.
• Provide training and onboarding support to clinic staff and develop onboarding materials.
