Job summary

Adoreal is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform. You will manage projects, coordinate across internal teams, and provide hands-on setup, data migration, and training. This remote-first role requires strong organization, healthcare software experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform and serve as the main liaison during onboarding.
• Coordinate data migration from clinics with technical teams and align data with Adoreal analytics standards.
• Organize and structure clinic data for analytics and reporting.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams.
