Job summary

Advarra is seeking an Application Implementation Specialist to be the expert on our clinical research software and workflows across the full suite of solutions. You will translate client needs into actionable workflows and guide internal teams, including new product commercialization.

The role supports customers remotely in the United States, collaborating with the project manager to ensure on-time milestone delivery and optimal use of Advarra technology in research operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare technology (clinical research experience preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Master complex software applications, integrations and reports used in clinical research.
• Understand customers' current processes and assist with implementing technological solutions.
• Map current workflows to future state application workflows.
• Develop use cases to define business requirements and application scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new customers.
• Assist in the completion of technical RFP questions for prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with the customer project team for project success.
• Guide customers on best practices for integrating Advarra technology into their research operations.
