Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare IT or student services environment preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records or telehealth platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across devices and systems.
• Manage full lifecycle of technology assets including inventory, checkout, refresh, and disposal.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications per university IT standards and data privacy rules.
• Coordinate small technology projects and collaborate with campus IT, vendors, and staff to resolve escalated issues.
• Develop documentation, reports, dashboards, and training materials to support operations and compliance.
