Aon Corporation is seeking an Health Solutions Actuarial Consultant or Financial Manager to join our team in Houston or other U.S. locations. The role focuses on actuarial strategy, client leadership, and delivering innovative health analytics solutions for major accounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA designation or near-term designation.
• 4+ years in health care actuarial work (carrier or consulting).
• Experience leading projects and client teams.
• Experience mentoring teammates and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategy and actuarial consulting including design, pricing, budgeting, and bid projects.
• Lead client teams and coach team members; manage large projects for jumbo accounts.
• Explain actuarial methodology and results to clients; discuss alternatives.
• Participate in strategic client discussions and drive process improvements.
