You will drive client relationships and coordinate large teams, delivering high-value solutions. Ideal candidates hold ASA/FSA, 6+ years in health care, and strong project management plus mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• ASA or FSA designation required.
• 6+ years health care industry experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• People management or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and actuarial consulting initiatives (benefit design, pricing, budgeting, bid projects).
• Provide client leadership focusing on broader business objectives.
• Coach and coordinate actuarial teams; supervise jumbo client work and deliverables.
• Contribute to practice improvement through model development and initiatives.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage risk and communication.
