Qualifications

• ASA designation required for success in health analytics consulting.
• 4+ years of health care industry experience (carrier or consulting).
• Project management experience.
• People management/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategy and actuarial consulting including benefit strategy, goal setting, benchmarking, plan design, pricing strategy and budget setting.
• Provide actuarial client leadership on targeted clients focusing on broader business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate actuarial work on client teams and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Explain actuarial methodology and results to clients and discuss alternative approaches.
• Participate in strategic discussions with clients and contribute to practice improvements.
