Job summary

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with a locally-aligned book of business to ensure renewal and retention.
• Delivers renewals, cross-sales, up-sales and growth of sales.
• Identifies concerns/barriers to retention and reviews mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Collaborates with account team and support areas on complex product/service issues.
• Offers creative product/service solutions including benefit buy-down strategies.
• Monitors client product lines to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value.
