Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives servicing clients and developing strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue.
• Execute tactical components of the account team's business plan for customers.
• Collaborate with account team members and support areas on services or complex product issues.
• Collaborate with team members on client installation.
