Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Account Executives in servicing clients and developing strong external and internal relationships to drive customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers. The role requires 2-5 years in health insurance, an active Life and Health license, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with common desktop software.

Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Health Insurance industry.
• Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
• Bachelor's degree.
• High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Salesforce, AI.
• Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.
• Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
